I'm working on this project, is not finished yet, but can
already show the use of some of the components that I’ve showed in previous
strokes.
It is an approximately 160sqf apartment remodeling, which
was defined for the purpose of creating balconies, where there are no, and
enlarge all spaces.
It is planned the demolition of all interior walls,
leaving only the structure and conduct.
From these elements, there are built only the essential
walls to support the wet areas, with the remaining divisions made by fixed
furniture.
The living room occupies the whole of the flat side,
being arranged in three distinct zones.
The kitchen opens to the dining area, and is separated
from the living room with the pantry area that connects directly to the
entrance of the apartment.
The new balconies are created where there were French
windows to the interior of the bedrooms, the master bedroom also has a winter
garden which opens a whole new outdoor space.
In the bathroom of the master bedroom, the shower area
opens to the winter garden, bringing the outside also for bath time.
Here is the general layout of the "almost"
final proposal.
