The name 120 comes from its most striking feature,
120mph or 193km/h top speed, the fastest production car in the world at the
time, a figure that would gradually improve throughout its production.
It is difficult to remain indifferent to these curves...
But anyway, what matters here is SketchUp, the theme
of the blog, so here he goes:
The model was created from scratch from a colored "blueprint",
which I found very interesting and had opened my appetite, with a slightly
different approach than usual in my models.
In this case, the objective was not only to reduce the
detail to essential, I had to find a middle ground because of the shapes and
the interior.
Nor was it easy to find photos to create the texture
of the model, so I had to combine photographs with drawings and other textures I´ve
made from scratch.
