The best supercar ever, or the
essence of a sport car.
The last work by Enzo Ferrari set
the standard for all future sport cars, and also created a new fashion that
quickly spread, the supercars, which gave birth to new brands in the market,
such as McLaren, and reborn long-lost brands, such as Bugatti.
For some years the F40 was the
fastest road car in the world, and makes history as the first to hit the 200
mph (322 km/h) barrier.
Pininfarina's clear design is
also a milestone in automotive history, seamlessly integrating sports
performance needs into exemplary simplicity.
If there were doubts, 30 years
old are enough to show that this car does not age, it gets more and more
appetizing...
As for SketchUp, the modulation
was carried out with the usual simplicity, although with some more detail
because the respect to the car so demands it.
The engine is the main part of
the F40 and is part of its image, or rather, is placed in a very own glass dome;
So I could not help but model the engine to be exposed and highlighted.
Another pivotal part in this car
are the sport seats, or rather, competition seats, which also could not be
lacking with simplified modulation.
For the photomontage, I
considered a work exhibited in the museum of contemporary art in Barcelona.
